ELECRAZY's Life Time Warranty Policy
All spare parts are with life time warranty, may returned for replacement or refund. Be attention the warranty does not cover physically damaged merchandise.
Here are details of our return policy:
Return defective parts in 1-180 days from original purchasing date:
Malfunctioning Parts:
May returned for replacement, or refund current selling price or purchase price whichever is lower. ELECRAZY will pay for the return fees from Hongkong to China mainland.
Flex/touch/LCD broken parts:
If the merchandise broken during transportation, please show photos of front side, back side and stamp to sales agent in 3 days after getting the package. The goods can be returned for replacement, or refund current selling price or purchase price whichever is lower. The shipping cost is responsible by ELECRAZY.
If the merchandise broken by improperly using or installation, or the photos of broken merchandise didn't send in 3 days after the package arrive, ELECRAZY will offer repair service, customers will be responsible for the repairing fee and shipping cost.
Return defective parts in 181-365 days from original purchasing date:
Malfunctioning Parts:
May returned for replacement. Or refund current selling price or purchase price whichever is lower, minus 30% processing fee. Customers will responsible for all the return fees (including the cost from Hong Kong to China mainland).
Flex/touch/LCD broken parts:
ELECRAZY will offer repair service, customers will be responsible for the repairing fee and shipping cost.
Return defective parts after 366 days from original purchasing date:
Malfunctioning Parts:
May returned for replacement. Customers will responsible for all return fees (including the cost from Hong Kong to China mainland), and 15% of the current goods value as exchange fee.
Flex/touch/LCD broken parts:
ELECRAZY will offer repair service, customers will be responsible for the repairing fee and all the return fees (including the cost from Hong Kong to China mainland), and 15% of the current goods value as handy fee.
